At All Beelong, we are dedicated to protecting the safety and well-being of children and young people. We have a zero tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation or grooming. We comply with Australia’s Online Safety Act, the eSafety Commissioner regulations, and other relevant laws, including those related to Abuse, Exploitation, and Sexual Integrity (AESI).

How to Report Within the App
How to Report a Profile or Message in All Beelong:
Accessing the report option:
• During a conversation:
1. Tap the settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of the chat screen.
2. From the menu, select “Report”.
Reporting process:
1. Choose the reason:
• Fake profile or identity impersonation
• Explicit content or nudity
• Discrimination or hate speech
• Spam or scams
• Other reason
2. Add details (optional):
• Include an explanatory message (up to 200 characters)
• Provide additional context about the issue
3. Confirm the report:
• Tap “Report User”
• Read the confirmation prompt
• Confirm by tapping “Yes, report”

• The last 5 messages in the conversation are automatically sent for review.
• A report cannot be undone after confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation once your report is submitted.
• You cannot make another report while one is active for the same user.
• Our moderation team will review the case as soon as possible.

Legal & Regulatory Obligations in Australia
• We follow the Online Safety Act 2021 and cooperate with the eSafety Commissioner to ensure our services prevent misuse of AESI and other harmful content.
• We recognise our obligations as a child-safe organisation under the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations, and in states like Victoria, the Child Safe Standards.
• If a report concerns imminent harm or serious abuse, it may be escalated to law enforcement or child protection agencies in your state or territory.

• The All Beelong moderation team reviews reports. If violations are confirmed, appropriate actions are taken, which may include suspension or removal of content or account(s).
• If required, we escalate to the relevant authorities.
• We maintain confidentiality and treat all reports seriously.
